Trying to use print then cut on Explore air 2 for the first time after calibrating, it scans the cut sensor marks fine but when it should start cutting it stops and screen will stay at cutting at 0%. The Cricut sits still and I occasionally hear some strained noises. I've tried unplugging the usb, plugging it into a different port on my laptop, powering off the cricut, restarting my laptop, re-downloading design space...any solutions/suggestions?
