We need a little more info. First being as Mr Zing asked, does your number start with MTC? If not, you may have a PIN number to register to get the MTC registration number rather than the MTC registration number its self. Have you had the software previously registered on a computer and you are trying to install on a new one or never had it registered? If it starts with PCS, it is not a MTC code but one for Popup Card Studio which was sent out erroneously to some recent MTC purchasers. More details will help us figure out IF you can get help and get it registered.

Still using MTC but slowly migrating to SCAL. KNK cutters including the Force and Maxx Air continue to be my favourites. Fluent in other cutter languages.
