I cannot get PNC to work. Using Zing SCAL5. about 3mm south. Have went through calibration. And still not working. It did get it closer. And I cannot find any info on this. Am enrolled in the complete video training and see nothing about PNC. Someone PLEASE help me!

@DreamStreetRose - when doing the print & cut calibration, were you able to get all 4 arrows to be cut out precisely? Did you set your blade offset correctly for the blade you are using?
Still using MTC but slowly migrating to SCAL. KNK cutters including the Force and Maxx Air continue to be my favourites. Fluent in other cutter languages.
Liz, this was in SCAL... it's driving me crazy! 🤪 I tried calibration. But it keeps cutting about 4 mm south. I must be missing something. Calibration in MTC was perfect. And very easy to do. I'm tryin; really. But MTC is just so easy for me.

@DreamStreetRose - oh I get it, I love MTC, and use it as much as I can. I can't remember if you are using MTC at all or not If you still have it, you could check your calibration numbers for print & cut. Click the wrench icon when you are in the cut window for Zing, and check the laser offset settings (X and Y values). Write them down.
Edited: Go here to enter your settings in SCAL if you already have them from MTC:
More info can be obtained from the SCAL UM for Zing/Zing Air:

@DreamStreetRose - oh I do hope that works for you...I know its frustrating being in foreign territory with a new program!

IMPORTANT!!! The Cutter>Cutter Settings window in SCAL is only for sizing resolution. That is NOT where Laser calibrations go!!! Please read Chapter 11 in the Zing with SCAL UM.
