@dhchick - yes the MTC website is gone now, for several weeks. When I share the link for the plugins, please remember to keep a copy of the one you need in a safe place somewhere...we don't all live forever, ha ha!!
Still using MTC but slowly migrating to SCAL. KNK cutters including the Force and Maxx Air continue to be my favourites. Fluent in other cutter languages.
Also, MTC installs an old version of the driver that Windows uses to recognize the cutter. You might want to install a newer Windows 10 driver. Here are the instructions:
(1) Unplug your KNK USB cable if you have it plugged into your computer.
(2) Go to this link, scroll down to the table and on the far right site you'll see "setup executable"... click on that link, download, extract, and run it.
@Becky1965 - no, it does not exist. The Cameo 4 came out recently, MTC stop updating plugins or adding new ones for new cutters over 5 years ago.
I have heard that you can use the old plugin in a very limited way with Cameo 4.
You are better off to abandon MTC for cutting with your Cameo and purchase SCAL - Sure Cuts A Lot.

As I recall, you need to pick a different COM Port in MTC. To know which one to use, have your Maxx Air turned on and connected to your computer. Right click on the Windows Start button and selecting Device Manager. Then look for a folder called Ports… open it and it should say something like USB-Serial Com (X) where X is the chosen com port and you can then select that in MTC.... in your KNK plugin window.
