Stop using vinyl while you figure it out.  Use inexpensive paper instead.

You need to provide some information back without where really just guessing

Are you using Make the cut software or silhouette studio ?

If you are using Make the Cut is it  registered as the demo version will cut slashes across you pattern

    Which model cameo ?

Are they random cuts or are the paths between the actual cuts being cut
eg the blade is not lifting between each object
or are the total random with not relation to the pattern being cut
Possible cause of then could be machine failure or communication issue
I Use Zing Air, Make The Cut - Pop Card Studio, WinXP- Win7 -Win10

@jkward73 - welcome to the Make The Cut! forum where we support the software Make The Cut! and its supported cutters. MTC does not support any of the newer (last 3 years) Silhouette cutters, so I am going to assume you are using one of those and the Silhouette Design software. You will likely need to find a support form specifically for SD or contact the Silhouette America support team. If you are using MTC, then it sounds like you may need to re-register your software.
Still using MTC but slowly migrating to SCAL. KNK cutters including the Force and Maxx Air continue to be my favourites. Fluent in other cutter languages.
