Cameo Silhouette Cutting about half an inch off [Resolved]

I've tried restarting the machine and software a few times now, and it just will not align!  The machine keeps cutting about a half an inch off.  Cans someone please help?  Thank you so much.  This is getting very frustrating. I have had the machine for about 2 years and it would do this ocassionally, but a restart would seem to fix.  Now it is just doing it over and over again.  Help!

Just as a follow up:  I'm a knucklehead.  I just noticed that my printer printed everything slightly cockeyed.  I compensated for this by sticking the entire printed sheet counter-cockeyed and it cut just fine.  As a side note, I've owned my MTC software for a few years now and I love it!

Hi - any chance of a pic of the failure and the success.  Also why does your printer print oddly, is it set up wrongly?  Just curious as I have never had a problem with either my printer or my cameo.  Hope things continue to go well for you.

Usually skewed printing is a paper feed problem possible a small fragment of paper is cause the paper to feed incorrectly or the roller or mechanism the grabs the papper for the stack has gummy built up or is just worn.
Check your user manual or If you google you printer model and the problem often you will find a solution as other user have had the same issue
