@levni This video is how they did it and as the card does not have any outer card the roof is connected to the front of the house and is loose at the back

@SusanBluerobot as I said its original designer was Elod Beregszaszi I've not seen the technique used before, quite a clever idea I also thought its sure to open up lots of options in PCS Still trying to get my head around it so far I think it may only work at angles of 45 degrees and possibly greater as is could not get the side support to fold and remain clear of the slot
Ok i'm yet to test cut this one so might need more work

the roof is connected to the front of the house and is loose at the back
Here my first attempt I now realised I think I need to adjust the roof and the it side support as I think its not going to fold
I need coffee before I attempt maths lol
this is how i think it is made
the roof it only connect at the to hinge point park with red lines it also passes though a slot in the back
I also need to work out how to convert the indicated lines to folds
this is my mock up of how the finished card work look
