PCS Not Opening Files

I can't open a file that I spent quite a while working on (will post in a few minutes). I went in the PCS file to import a shape from MTC into the file, then it locked up. I was able to move the cursor to different icons, but not on the object that I had just imported. I saved the file & tried to go back in, no luck. I have restarted my computer & PCS is the only thing open. Now it will randomly let me open other files that I have saved, but not every time. I can open the file, but I either get a black screen with the PCS logo or a blank white screen (with the icons on all sides, just not my design or the standard grid screen) so I'm not able to edit it. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I worked on file, exported a few times back to mtc and saved my pcs, never got an error but when I went to get back to editing, there was no PCS files to get.. it didn't save them..
Memory issue??? Not sure.. Keeping eye on it..

"get a black screen with the PCS logo" -- what do you mean by that? There is no logo on the screen
I don't often test my code... But when I do, I do it in production.

    do a search for *.pcs
If you saved them, they are there... somewhere. There is no memory consumption when saving files. And if it fails, you get a message box popping up telling you there was a problem.
