My Zing blade holder had a faulty o-ring in the top section making turning the blade in and out so hard. I rang up Fred on Tuesday late afternoon and I got a whole new top section in the mail today. He insisted on replacing the whole top turning part and not just the o-ring. Makes one feel so honoured to do business with them.

I read on the Black Cat forum that I need a USB Serial Adapter. So, I went and purchased this. It's basically an alternitive to the USB. However, now I get this error:

Overlapped I/O Operation Error
I use the Serial Port Com 7 USB to serial (the only one available)

I'm using a 24" Black Cat cutter

It is VERY frustrating and making me want to not bother using Print and Cut which is very sad since that was one of the main reasons I bought the zing in the first place.

I know that this is a known bug since I have asked about it before and was told it was known.

PLEASE fix this ASAP.

I've never had this problem before, and I tried turning the machine off and on, disconnecting/reconnecting, rebooting my computer and restarting MTC, turning everything off for a couple of hours to cool down, cutting different files that cut fine before, and the problem continues. I'm not sure if it's a software issue or a hardware, and would appreciate any help!
