Not cutting through card stock

I have label paper adhered to regular card stock but the blue blade is not cutting through to the mat. Zing Air Blade is set on 25 shts. of post-its, tip is where it can cut through the paper. Force: 80, Speed:12/20, Offset: .45, tried 1 & 2 passes. I am at a loss as to what to do next to get it to cut like the KNK Zing video.

I don't have a lot of experience with the blue blade is it is intended for use with thick material I used the red blade with cardstock weights of up to 250gsm
what weight is the cardstock ?

if the blade length is set so it penetrates the full thickness of material
I would try increase the pressure in increments to where it cuts through
or increase the number of passes till it does so
determining cut setting is very much based on trial and also a little of gut feeling

OK. I will try upping the force. I want to use the blue blade to save my red blade for thinner material.

Buy more blades, they are considered disposables - use the red blade - it is intended for card stock. You might end up chipping your blue blade if you use it to cut too thin a material.
