My customer designs logos and I have just started using my silhouette cameo he asked me to have a go at cutting it out which I did and weaved it the logo is about 8"x10" and from loading the logo and weaving it took about 3/4hr including the machine cutting it out he now wants it and will be putting other work my way but I have no idea how much to charge I have been having a read on the forums but totally confused it wasn't the quickest to weave can anyone give me any idea please.

What did you mean by weave ?
I thinking maybe you mean weed ? which is where you remove all the waste material from the cut out ?

I think choosing how much to charge is a tricky one.  First how much do you value your time.  Work out an hourly rate that you feel you should be earning and then add the cost of materials and 10% profit.  See what the figure looks like and then work out whether people would pay that.  Remember, so called professional graphics designers, do not come cheap so you have room to adjust your prices.  If I were you I would start high and then give a discount to make the price reasonable.  Everyone like a knocked down price!  LOL.
