Hi everybody
Dug out the cougar after having it on the shelf for this very reason. It will not feed the vinyl straight!
I have a straight edge lined up, laser orientation point set, vinyl on roll feeding straight from back, presser feet on red marks. I run it through with the feeder and most times it runs crooked. What am i doing wrong, please?
Thank you for any help!

The best approach is to feed forward half the length of your project first. Then, feed forward the remainder so you can see if it's feeding straight or not. Note this is all done using the Control Panel on the BC itself. Use the ruler on the front of the cutter to watch the right hand edge to see if it's deviating and then, when needed, lift the pinch wheels and straight up the material. Once it appears to be feeding straight, run it all back to the front again to set the origin, again watching to see if it's still straight.
