Can you solve this?

I don't know why this is happening and it is a pain to keep deleting all the excess files. When I save a file all these duplicates are produced. I recently made folders to make my files easier to find by categorizing them by subject  matter. Do you think that has caused this problem? Do you know how I can solve this? I have pages and pages of these duplicates!!! Including a screen shot.

    Help>Advanced>Advance Settings>Automatic Project Saving

These are files that are automatically saved by MTC if you have "Automatic Project Saving" checked.

As suggested the files with the time stamp at the beginning are auto saved files
Auto Save can be very useful and can save you a lot of re-work and despair

If you go into Help>Advanced>Advance Settings>Automatic Project Saving

disable auto saving and then re-enable auto saving

this box should appear  click the folder and browse to where you save your MTC files then click Make New Folder and name it for example Auto Save

Now your auto saves will be stored in this folder and not clutter you mtc files folder but will be available if required
I just go into that folder occasionally and delete the old files the are not longer required
