My zing is moving to the left and vibrating when I turn it on. Help?

I have turned it on and off.  Unplugged the power and the communications cable.  Every time I turn it on it goes all the way to the left and vibrates, making a horrible sound.  Help!

Sounds like you would best be served to log a support ticket with KNK since it is a "hardware" issue with the Zing.  You can do that through their site here: http://knkusa.com/support-ticket-request/

How old is your cutter?  While I don't own a Zing myself, I have seen it discussed on here with similar types of issues where it sounds like it might be an issue with the Data Belt.  You might search the forum here (upper left corner with the "Go" button next to it) for older threads on Zing and Data Belt.  I would think that would be enough to find the threads I am referring to.  If that is it, you will need to contact KNK support for assistance.  I gather they can send you the part or you can send them the cutter depending upon what you are most comfortable with. @SandyMcC
or @Liz_A might be able to give more insight should they get on sometime and see the message.

I have no clue, unfortunately. If it was moving to the RIGHT side when turning it on and making that noise, then it would simply be the limit switch being caught.  But not the left side. So, starting a support ticket is the best thing to do.

I am not positive, but I believe this happened to someone else, and KNK had them do a reset to fix it. I don't recall what the fix was, but maybe it will come back to me.
