Very easy custom shapes to cut

Hey everyone,

It's been awhile since I've posted anything on here. Just found a super easy way to have a custom shape with an image using GIMP. Start by deciding how big of a shape you want. I chose a 2"x3" size for a pennant banner. Make sure to have your base layer as a transparency. It makes it easier to cut the shape with your Zing. Open up a shape that's preferably a png. Copy and paste it on top of your background. Next, open your image you want to use. First copy then click on paste into the shape. Then click on anchor layer into the shape. You now have a shape with an image in it. Any type of image will work including jpg since you will be exporting the final shape as a png for MTC.

Welcome back and TFS your tip on getting a texture into a shape in GIMP to then import into MTC.
