I ALWAYS miss the webinars :( and this I would have LOVED to have seen. *waits for the video to get uploaded :) (Or Julie to put it in written form in groups).
Okay - I had the webinar on, but got a phone call about Dad at the same time, so I missed the homework assignment. Is it to do your name as a corner cut edge? Or any design?

Any design. And I would say you had your homework done before it was even issued!
@angelb, Webinars are held every Tues. at 8:30 pm Eastern Time. Here is the link for Webinar's that have been previously recorded.
At the top of the Forum, there will be a sticky a couple days in advance where you can post a question and have it demonstrated during that nights Webinar. If you have a Microphone, Bryan can un mute you so you can ask additional questions if needed. They are very informative and it's great to see the answers explained in real time.
Here is our attempt of a stencil card. We are a little late getting our homework done but we made this 100% from our own design.....we were hoping for extra credit ;;)
Love your card, @CraftyApples. @Calgalcr8s, your horsey card is beautiful, I must look for more horses.
Okay, I didn't want to shirk my duty, even though @Nelda says I did the homework earlier. Here is my latest. Top fold (although it could easily be side fold) A2 card. Briar rose stencil was a free printable - I try to stay away from copyrighted images - that needed a tiny bit of node editing due to open paths. I did use Bryan's method with node editing to cut the corner. I did cut the card, and it cut beautifully.
Gee @juliefes, even the teachers are doing the homework! Love the grad card.
Love all the files. So fun to learn new techniques. I did one too. Mine will work for the upcoming 4th of July.
Here is a 2nd. I thought the turtles were cute.
I am open to suggestions on turning the graphice or sizing the graphic or whatever to make it look better. I don't get hurt feelings and would love to learn.
I actually did my homework this time!! This one is for my sister who just had surgery. I was told it is much more appropriate than the card I was originally doing...
I discovered something neat! I used the Tim Holtz Ranger Distress Core'dinations paper. I had forgotten to change my blade depth after cutting vinyl and so when I went to weed out the design on the card, I discovered a whole new way to use the design and paper :)
Forgive the jagged bits, I'm getting sleepy time to stop playing for the night!
@ImaCutter. Thanks Meravale, been practicing the steps so I did one for our dear fellow forum member who is moving soon. Here is another attempt at homework.

Great jobs everyone! I like them all. I did an ice cream cone last night (and I didn't get to see the Webinar to know there was "homework" ) but couldn't resist the challenge when I saw Julie's tutorial. I wanted cut mine out first before I posted to see how it all looked but I had designed it on the MAC and had to transfer it to my PC and my PC was not cooperating last night with my wireless internet so will try this morning to get it cut out. Then I will come and post it!

This is my first post of something I made. I followed Julie's tutorial - thanks so much!! it was fun! I love everyone's! I hope you will post your files because they are all so nice I'd like to snag them!!
With a single left click, the files download automatically. You can afford to be picky here. All would work as print and cut projects, and many will work as cutting files as they are, some will be great as pieces of larger designs. I found a few real treasures that I plan to use soon. There are some nice stencil designs that will work for the Webinar homework this week.
I found this lovely Calligraphy Bird design there, so I just had to make another card using it. Still need to cut it. I may use a pen to draw the bird, or draw and cut it.
You need to be a member to access the files, but membership is FREE!
I needed a Thank You card for a friend, so I cut this design. In spite of the very fine detail, it cut very nicely on the Cameo. I used the HotPaws pen tool and drew the lines for the text (Scriptina) and the bird. Then I cut the lines for the bird, then cut the other pieces. I like how it turned out. Next time I think I will use a black pen.
Wow that's beautiful Julie. No @Berryone - I like all the showing off! Now let us see yours! I'm still working on mine. My PC is not cooperating (last night or today)! :((8-} so I am presently running full virus and malware scans on it and see if it finds anything. If it doesn't then I suspect that the PC is on its last legs as it is failing to open different things, not responding, etc., etc.! So, until I get that fixed, no cutting as it is only machine I have setup to cut with my cutters. I do have MTC on my MAC but cannot cut with it as I don't have the Zing and no plugins yet for any other cutters on the MAC side! :(( Wanted to cut before I posted! :-t might not be able to though! :-S

Helen,
You gave me such a delight and put a huge smile on my face. :D That is SO sweet!! :x
Here is another project inspired by Bryan's demo last week. This is a gatefold card cut from Worldwin Doublemates on the Cameo. I really like the sturdy card, as well as the two-tone color for this design.
Everybody's cards are so AWESOME! I LOVE seeing what everybody comes up with. I wish I had time to play but still getting ready for the baby shower plus my husband just found out he has a benign brain tumor (meningioma) that has to come out so we'll be headed to Mayo for surgery. :(
@stenojj, I am so sorry to hear of your husband's health issues. I hope the surgery is successful and all is ok. Thinking of you both as you go through this scary time.
@Calgalcr8s Love your horse. Did you find it on google search - if so what keywords did you use? I have tried stencil and sketch, but don't seem to find what I am looking for.
