Interesting star design

I saw a star today that was kind of cool. Maybe someone can recreate it from my verbal description.

It was a 10 pointed star, dark. Inside it was a lighter 5 pointed star. The points of the smaller star fit loosely into 5 of the points of the larger star. In other words, the little star's points matched every other point of the larger star. And the whole thing had light and dark rays around the outside.

I have to describe it because I saw it on TV, and therefore I don't have a picture.

Any takers?

Never mind. I figured it out myself. All except the outside rays. It was easy to do with Basic Shapes.
