Unablet to install plugin {1} HELP

I've been using Make The Cut for over a year...bought a new laptop and new Black Cat 24" cougar....I've been setting up the cutter step by step via the owners manual. I've installed Make The Cut but when I go to install the driver I click on install, it tells me to unplug the machine (which was already unplugged) and then it pops up a message "unable to install plugins" and there was an internal error...any ideas??? Very frustrating.....

    know nothing about Black Cat, change your title to BC plugin maybe someone with a BC will be able to help you.

    Robin you dont have to use the cougar plugin you use the Klik N cut plugin with the cougar. I am not sure why your having trouble with the plugin but you dont need it. I have never used it I onnly use the Klik N Kut maxx plugin I have th 16 inch cougar.

    The "Driver" is different from the MTC "plugin". She says when I go to install the "driver" but then says she gets the message "unable to install plugins" so, I am confused. Are you trying to install the drivers for the cougar to your computer OR are you trying to install the MTC Cougar Plugin?

    I use both the Cougar and the KNK plugins for my Cougar. You can have both plugins.
