HELP! Print and Cut

I've been working on this for over an hour and can't get it right, yet I know it should be easy peasy. I just want to make a print and cut file similar to these lollipops. Any directions for dummies on this? Thanks!

here you go print it then when you go to cut it just turn off the text layer
