Paper Portraits: Team Edward or Team Jacob

I have been making Paper Portraits for about 4 months now. These were one of the first portraits I did back in August. I thought it would be fun to list two of them each week.

Feel free to vote on which is your favorite or give recommendations on what two portraits I should showcase in the future.

How do you make paper portraits? Is it just printed? My daughter would love these two. Do you sell them? Listen to me, she was the manager of DVD's in one store in the day time and worked Village Gold Class Cinema's at night. The girl has so many movie posters that I could make a fortune selling on eBay. Big stands too, I nearly had a heart attack the other night when I walked into a 7 foot Johnny Depp in the dark.

OK....Jacob is really hot....Edward's character is hot...but I'M a Carlisle gal myself...ummm, ummm, ummmm...now there's a fine looking man!! B-)

Edward was used with 4 sheets of paper & Jacob I used 5. I start off with the lightest color and finish with the darkest. I cut out to expose the layers underneath. I have had a few people ask If I sell them ... I'm considering if I should open up an Etsy account. I have all ready made some personalized ones for family and coworkers.

I would love to take the class also. These are awesome. You need to find a way to have the stars sign them. Could make more then what you think from them..lol

I found this great tutorial on making multilayer stencils, explaining the Thresholding filter, I had not figured that out on my own... I had been trying to reduce images to indexed palette with only 3 or 4 colors with only moderate success.
